  • Are sessions available in-person or only virtually?

    All sessions are available virtually or in-person at Lauren’s Office in Redondo Beach. In-person sessions are only available at Lauren’s Office, and must be arranged ahead of time.

  • Can I do a one-off session, or do I have to do a package?

    Lauren offers one-off sessions to clients who have completed a package program first.

  • What is the difference between Rapid Growth Coaching, and Rapid Growth Therapy?

    Rapid Growth Therapy involves Hypnosis, RTT Therapy & a variety of other practices to help clients have real break-throughs and go deeper with their soul work.

    Rapid Growth Coaching helps clients create strategy around their life, discovering their soul’s purpose, and implementing tools and practices to help you become your best self.
